Flora Bay Divers - a locally owned and managed PROFESSIONAL diving resort located on beautiful Teluk Dalam beach, Pulau Perhentian Besar (big island). Flora Bay Divers is the one only PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Dive Resort on the island. As a 5 Star PADI diving facility, we have met the highest PADI standards and requirements in terms of diving education, equipment, professionalism and customer service.

Apart from being the leader in PADI Scuba training on Perhentian, Flora Bay Divers also play a major role in protecting the environment both on land and underwater. For the past 5 years, we have been sponsoring and promoting Beach and Underwater Clean-up.

Supported by the Marine Park of Malaysia and PADI Project AWARE foundation we have been involved in many different projects in preserving the underwater world locally and internationally.
